when you / customer buys a service from us, we, the business amceletronics, once you have sent your module or modules, to us you are bound in contract to pay in full before any work of the required digital repair/s are commenced. at anytime if you diside not to continue at any point and wish for your properly to be return there will be no refund to process for works which have not been completed, due to the nature of the services provided it is deemed to be digital software repair which is provided. which regetiably is not covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for the right to cancel plese click here for further information, but if you choose a service from us which aims to repair a none functional or damaged module (board level component level repair) which is covered under our umbella of repairs, you may have the cancel at any time if we find the module is beyond repair or requires further funds to repair the previously sold service you have the right to cancel, any assocated fee's or deductions leading up too the cancelation will be will be removed from the refund plus return delivery charges.

If there is a complaint regarding any works we have done to a module of yours ( the customer) and the claim is we are responsable, then we my collect and inspect the faulty module at our exspense then we have the right to inspect with out in-house process and repair any module/s which may or may not have anything to do with us, if it is has been deemed that it has been damaged by malicious intent or deception, that maybe be deemed as a crimal affence and the relevant authority maybe contacted and your details will be passed on.

This service is predominantly an online service where you send your module to us for processing from our list of services which is covered through out the specific vehicle manufacturer, the return delivery charge is charged upfront, please ensure you supply the correct address when its time too pay.
